Ginger Fawn Bowden

E-RYT 500

Growing up with a single mom and then becoming a single mom herself at a young age, Ginger is well diversified in the trials and tribulations of this beautiful thing called life. She, as many Yoga instructors and practitioners began to find answers that made sense and transformed her life when she discovered Yoga. The healing power and spiritual depth that comes with the practice led Ginger to where she is today. Ginger is an E-RYT 500 and 95 RCYT, YACEP, and lead trainer of a 200 hr Registered Yoga Alliance school.

Jacqueline Burbage

Jacqueline Burbage, or Jax has been teaching Yoga since 2008 and is now a Certified Yoga Therapist. 


Jacqueline has taught Vinyasa, Gentle Yoga, Yin and Restorative for the last several years with a trauma sensitive lens and loves offering somatic practices using yoga postures, breath, and meditation to guide the individuals inward. Her focus is on the internal works of yoga, not external, understanding that we store our life's experiences in our cells and that in order for us to heal we need to first feel.

Paritosh Nath

Paritosh Nath was born in the North Indian province of Bihar. His classical upbringing, his remarkable education, and decades of extensive world travel as a top executive in major garment and fashion enterprises have combined with a love of music, dance and theater to give him some unique and wonderful cultural perspectives. He speaks multiple languages — usually one at a time.

Clémence Mazzella

Clémence is a 200hr registered yoga instructors who started her yoga journey back in 2017 when she first arrived in the United States. Born and raised in France, Clémence decided to change her life and come to the States to follow her heart. Being an active and healthy person, she got introduced to Yoga and started practicing for exercise. This is only after facing some deep life challenges that she realized what Yoga really had to offer.

Erica Butler

Erica has been practicing yoga since 2017. She is a 200 Hour Certified Yoga Instructor and Reiki Level 1 Practitioner. Erica has taken two yoga teacher training’s thus far, both in South Florida. Her first yoga certification was obtained from the ‘Yoga Aura Boca Raton’ yoga studio where she studied under the owner - Laurie Levenstein. Her second yoga certification, and Reiki certification, were both obtained from the ‘Jala Jyoti School Of Yoga’ where she studied under Alexandra Pachter - Integrative and Functional Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), E-RYT 500, YACEP.

Noyonika Nath

Noyonika Nath is a yoga instructors born in India and brought up in the United States. Although she is new to the practices of yoga, her background as an artist and classical Indian dancer invigorate her passion. As a teacher, she hopes to share the love of yoga with her students so that it may enrich their lives as yoga has done for her. Her classes marry the philosophical side of yoga with the physical asanas.

Courtney Mitchell

After years as a calorie-obsessed gym-junkie, the Universe guided Courtney Mitchell to yoga in 2013, when she read the book “Skinny Bitch” and learned about the impacts of our food and exercise choices. Life has never been the same! She completed her 200 hour YTT in 2014 and her 300 hour YTT at Yoga Journey in 2017.

Heather Toffel

I started my yoga journey about 30 yrs ago. At the time, I was in the dental field. 


As some of you may know, dentistry can take a toll on your body. It was yoga that helped sustain me both physically and spiritually. After 32 yrs of dentistry, I decided to follow my passion for yoga. I received my 200 YTT training at Satya Anahata with Ginger Bowden. It was life changing!

Genevieve Rivera

Fourteen years ago, I bought this maroon tank top from the I Love Yoga company, with the words “Yoga Dealer” printed across the front. My teaching has evolved from not only being a yoga dealer to also feeling like a yoga servant. I am a servant to yoga and yoga is what I humbly serve to my students. I share the practice of yoga as a medicine for modern living, a platform or tool for transformation.

Satya Navdeep, rooting from Ukraine, happily serving the collective NYC/Florida as a Multidisciplinary Wellness Nurse.  While transitioning from a hospital setting full time Nursing, serving the community as a conscious Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse, infusing Holistic Modalities approach in her practice. Satya Navdeep brings forth new truth in healthcare, with a passionate vision to LEAD WELLNESS BY EXAMPLE. It all starts with YOU!  Her mission is creating the most joyous, sacred, creative flow of life that serves self, community, and our planet earth.
