Sheree Grace

Hello Everyone! I am Sheree Grace, happy to be returning to “in studio” teaching here in sunny South Florida. I’m a E-RYT, Access Consciousness Bars® Practitioner and Certified Professional Coach that specializes in transformation coaching with a strong focus on personal and spiritual development. I was first introduced to yoga in 2004 while studying with a meditation teacher as a way to calm my anxiety. As many teachers, my practice started with a rigorous asana practice. As a result of injury from a car accident it became challenging to only practice in that way. At that point I started to study all of Yoga and ultimately did my formal training in norther California with my Master teacher. My training was a hybrid of Vinyasa and Sattva Yoga. I am super passionate about empowering students through the use of several modalities. One in particular is Sattva Yoga.
