Cathy Rosenberg
is an ERYT-500 yoga instructor. She has taught extensively in the recovery community, at all stages of healing. She has taken the Connected Warriors training, is certified to teach yin and has studied the chakras in all their glory. She found yoga when her children were babies; they are now 27 and 24 and yoga is still a daily practice. She practices what she preaches; student first. She teaches a strong and steady class that weaves the messages we need to hear throughout. The challenge is to stay present, while noticing all of the feels and to continue showing up, both on the mat and off.

Genevieve Rivera
Fourteen years ago, I bought this maroon tank top from the I Love Yoga company, with the words “Yoga Dealer” printed across the front. My teaching has evolved from not only being a yoga dealer to also feeling like a yoga servant. I am a servant to yoga and yoga is what I humbly serve to my students. I share the practice of yoga as a medicine for modern living, a platform or tool for transformation.
